What this program is
Restoration AI LLC sends transactional SMS lead alerts to the business owners and staff of its contracted clients. When a visitor submits an estimate request on a client's website, the client receives a text message with the lead's name, phone number, city, and a short description, so they can respond quickly.
How consent is given
Recipients are Restoration AI's own contracted business clients. A client opts in by adding a phone number to the Lead Notifications panel of their Restoration AI dashboard (app.restorationai.io), which states: "By adding a number you agree to receive SMS lead alerts from Restoration AI at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Numbers are only ever added by the client or at the client's explicit request.
Message content and frequency
Messages are limited to lead notifications for the client's own business. A typical message: "New estimate request: Jane D. (555) 201-4477, Federal Way — water damage in basement." Frequency varies with the client's lead volume; most clients receive between a few messages per week and a few per day.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts at that number, or remove the number from the Lead Notifications panel. Reply HELP or email contact@restorationai.io for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Phone numbers enrolled in this program are used only to deliver these alerts. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
