- Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and diagnostic data related to your use of our platform.
- Cookies: We use cookies and tracking technologies to maintain user sessions, remember preferences, and analyze site traffic.
C. Information from Third-Party Integrations (Google APIs)
If you choose to integrate your Google Accounts (such as Google Business Profile and Google Search Console) with our platform, we will request your explicit authorization via OAuth.
- Data Retrieved: We access your Google Business Profile data (reviews, local posts, business information) and Google Search Console data (analytics, indexing status) to display within your dashboard and automate responses or reporting.
- Google API Services User Data Policy: Restoration AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data Usage: Data retrieved from Google APIs is used solely to provide the features you connected your account for. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
- To process payments and manage your wallet balance.
- To operate our AI Receptionist, including listening to, recording, and transcribing incoming and outgoing calls to triage leads and book appointments.
- To analyze AI call interactions for the purpose of improving agent accuracy, training the models, and ensuring quality assurance.
- To sync your marketing data and automate responses to reviews via Google Integrations.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support messages.
3. Call Recording and AI Transcriptions
Our core service involves routing phone calls to AI voice agents. All calls handled by the Restoration AI platform are recorded and transcribed.
- By using our Services, you consent to the recording of these calls.
- You are strictly responsible for notifying your callers that they are being recorded and are interacting with an AI, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following situations:
- Service Providers: With vendors, consultants, and hosting partners (e.g., Supabase, Retell AI, Twilio, Stripe) who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information. Your OAuth tokens, user credentials, and database records are securely stored and encrypted.
- General Retention: We retain your data, including call recordings and transcriptions, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services, and to comply with our legal obligations.
- Google API Data Retention: Google API data (Search Console analytics, Business Profile information) is retained as long as your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure or integration revocation.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can manage your account information directly within the dashboard.
- Revoking Google Access: You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your account settings or directly via myaccount.google.com. Upon revocation, we will delete your stored Google OAuth tokens within 30 days.
- Account Deletion: To request deletion of your call recordings or account data, please contact us. Note that certain financial records or wallet balance histories must be retained for accounting and compliance purposes.
